Time passes so fast..
Wow.. Its been already weeks since i started working at Popular and i had alrdy face all kinds of problem.. Bt none is as scaring as the incident i face last week.. See? Popular provides a free delivery if u spend over 300 bucks at pop, so i gt this customer and she spent around 394 dollars at pop.. Den i was the one "in-charge" to this delivery which is making sure that everything is in order, all the goods that the customer wants is in place.. At the very beginning, the receipt that the cashier had copy for me was lost, a very bad start.. Den next, stock nt enough.. Have to order.. Den kana scolded by the cashier because of the lost receipt.. Sian -.- However, everything came to an end the next day because my supervisor and colleages plus my store manager all helped me to print the receipt in the early morning :)
On the same day (i meant the day they print the receipt for me), i got another delivery case to do.. This time round, the amt goes to thousand over dollars but that included they buying assesment bk lah.. Bt den again, our stationery stuff also stands quite a lot since they are buying for their school students mah.. I took four hours to serve them loh.. Gt one indian teacher damn troublesome lah .. Haiz.. Bt they are customer right? So i cannot do anything.. Always remember, customer is always right :/
